Straight answers. Pricing is in early access and may change; we will always tell you first.
Plans are billed monthly, in advance, from the day you upgrade. Prices are shown per month; applicable taxes, such as GST in India, are added at checkout. Paid plans start at ₹1,999 a month.
You can top up from Billing in your workspace at any time, or move to a larger plan. A campaign never starts without enough credits: you see its estimate before anything is spent, and you can choose a smaller size instead.
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up credits you buy separately do not expire.
No. If a production step fails, it is retried without using extra credits. Exports are always free.
Yes, at any time from Billing in your workspace. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to Free. Your campaigns and exports stay yours.
Possibly. Studio Noir is in early access, and plans, prices and credit costs may change as we learn. We will tell you before any change affects a plan you are paying for.
